Sullivan & Cromwell’s Hong Kong office opened in 1992. In 2011, S&C completed the regulatory measures to commence the pratice of Hong Kong law. S&C’s Hong Kong and Beijing lawyers work as one team to provide U.S. and Hong Kong law advice to clients in Greater and the Asia-pacific region.
Work in the Hong Kong office is focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, private equity and financing.
